Billing Models


Billing Models allow you to determine the frequency of when your products bill (e.g., bill by cycle every 30 days, by a specific day or date every month, etc.). You can read more about Billing Models here.

Potential Actions 

Use the Billing Models dashboard to:

  1. Identify if there is a better way to sell.
  2. Evaluate offer test results (like you would any other marketing test).

Data Elements & Measures

The following data elements and measures are shown on the Billing Models dashboard. For comprehensive definitions of data elements and measures, please reference the Glossary of Measures

Data Element / Measure Definition
Approval Rate Percentage of attempted charges that are successful
Orders Total number of approved transactions
Gross Revenue Total revenue generated by sales. Refunds, discounts, and expenses are not deducted from Gross Revenue
AOV Average Order Value -- Revenue ÷ Order #
Initial Orders First order in the cycle (cycle 0)
Initial Revenue Revenue from Initial Orders
Successful Subscriptions Successful recurring orders
Refund # Number of orders that were refunded
Refunded Dollar amount that was refunded
Refund % Refund # ÷ Total Orders
