The Products Dashboard allows you to review the key measurements such as units sold, returns, revenue and more to better understand the success of each product.
Use the Products dashboard to:
- Evaluate product performance (individual or bundles).
- Determine number of products sold.
- Track product sales back to traffic sources.
- Visually see product distribution by state.
- Represent as a leading indicator of inventory problems.
Data Elements & Measures
The following data elements and measures are shown on the Products dashboard. For comprehensive definitions of data elements and measures, please reference the Glossary of Measures.

|Units Sold||Count on the total number of products sold|
|Revenue||Income from the specified subscription cycle (e.g., Initial, Rebill, Cycle 2)|
|COGS||Cost of Goods Sold|
|Gross Profit $||Revenue generated minus the cost of the product sold before the deduction of any other expense assumptions. It is important to note that Gross Profit is derived from Gross Revenue so it does not deduct Refunds from the starting revenue point. Formula = Gross Revenue - COGS|
|Gross Profit %||Gross Profit is the revenue generated minus the cost of the product sold before the deduction of any other expense assumptions. It is important to note that Gross Profit is derived from Gross Revenue so it does not deduct Refunds from the starting revenue point. Formula = Gross Profit $ / Gross Revenue|
|Return #||Quantity of shipments returned|
|Return %||Return # / Total Orders|
|Refund #||Number of orders that were refunded|
|Refund %||Refund # / Total Orders|
|Hold/Cancel #||Count of products purchased within the date range placed on hold/canceled. Note: The actual hold/cancellation date of the order may be outside of the selected date range. Orders canceled via a system process is a "hold" and via an actual person is called a "cancel."|
|Pending #||Orders that have not reached the billing date or are attempting through decline manager.|
