Channels

Overview

A “channel” includes all of the people, organizations, and activities necessary to sell products (e.g., affiliate, email, Social media, direct mail, TV). The channel dashboard Leverages Google Analytics to help you to determine which channels drive the most/least revenue to your business. Read how to Configure LimeLight Advanced Tracking so you can take advantage of the Channels dashboard.

Data Elements & Measures

The following data elements and measures are shown on the Channels dashboard. For comprehensive definitions of data elements and measures, please reference the Glossary of Measures

Data Element / Measure Definition
Rebill Rate Percentage of Initial Orders (cycle 0) that convert to a Rebill (Cycle 1) order.
Returning Customers Active subscribers
Revenue Income from the specified subscription cycle (e.g., Initial, Rebill, Cycle 2)
