Welcome to Limelight! To migrate any of your data into Limelight, you will need to follow a few steps. These steps are described below for your reference.
First you’ll need to create the product, shipping methods and campaigns where we’ll be mapping your customers to. Once this is completed, you will need to share the mapping details with us.
That way you can start sending your new customers to Lime Light and stop any new activity in the old platform (the product Id to be provided to us should be the product from Lime Light that replaces the last product the customer was billed for in the old platform).

Next you can request your data from the old platform to be sent to us, it’ll be crucial to get full customer information including credit card numbers.
When we get the data, we will format it according to Lime Light import requirements. We will map each customer to the products, shipping methods and campaigns that you provide us for the migration, and import your customers to Lime Light CRM.
When you’re ready to start the migration process please let us know and we’ll provide you with our PCI docs, our public GPG encryption Key and a temporary SFTP user for the data to be transferred to us securely.
Additional Migration Notes:
We would like to clarify that no historical data such as past transactions, notes, etc can be migrated. The migration consists only of the customer record, including credit card number, so you can create a new subscription for your customers in Lime Light and continue billing them from our platform moving forward.
