Overview

Don’t let fulfillment become an issue - monitor critical measures to ensure your product deliveries are on track. You shouldn't need to spend any longer than 30 seconds on this report, as it will provide you with a snapshot of all your fulfillment activities all in one spot. 

Note: This information is based on the shipping tracking information sent to Lime Light. The accuracy of this calculation is dependent on your specific fulfillment integration.

  2. Understand how quickly you are shipping packages to your customers.

Data Elements & Measures

The following data elements and measures are shown on the Fulfillment dashboard. For comprehensive definitions of data elements and measures, please reference the Glossary of Measures

Data Element / Measure Definition
Shipment Eligible Orders Count of shippable orders.
Shipped # Orders that have been already shipped.
Orders Awaiting Shipment Orders that are shipment eligible but have not been shipped yet.
Orders Total number of approved transactions.
Unshipped Shipment eligible but has not been shipped yet.
Avg Days to Receive Tracking Average number of days to receive tracking confirmation (that the package has shipped) from the fulfillment provider.
Shipped % Shipped Orders ÷ Shipment Eligible Orders
Packaging Expenses associated with packaging costs.
Postage Postage cost to ship the product to a customer.
Fulfillment Cost to pick, pack and ship product.
Total Expenses Sum of expense assumption expenses.
