Configuring Chargeback360

Chargeback360 is now fully integrated with the Lime Light CRM and it will allow you to take advantage of our chargeback provider technology which posts data directly to their system through an automated process.

In order to configure Chargeback360, you will just need to navigate to Settings > Providers and select "Add New Provider Profile" from the Actions drop-down menu.  Select 'Chargeback' as the type, select Chargeback360 from the Provider drop-down list, and fill out the required parameters.

Username: This will be provided to you by Chargeback360.

Password: This will be provided to you by Chargeback360.

Void Refund Alert: Select whether or not you want to use void refund alerts.

Chargeback Alert: Select whether or not you want to use chargeback alerts.

Fraud Alert: Select whether or not you want to use fraud alerts.

Blacklist Alert: Select whether or not you want to use blacklist alerts.

Hold Alert: Select whether or not you want to use hold alerts.

Reset Recurring Alert: Select whether or not you want to use reset recurring alerts.

Is Test: Select whether or not you want to use Chargeback360 in test mode.

Alias: This is for internal purposes only; it helps you identify a specific chargeback provider among several of them in your CRM.

Once your chargeback profile has been created, then you will go through your campaign(s) and assign it to the corresponding campaign(s) by checking the 'Third Party Provider" check-box, adding the Chargeback360 profile to the Chargeback drop-down, and saving the campaign.
