Configuring Merchant Lifeline

Merchant Lifeline is now fully integrated with the Lime Light CRM for chargebacks, and it will allow you to take advantage of our chargeback provider technology which posts data directly to their system through an automated process.

In order to configure Merchant Lifeline, you will just need to navigate to Settings > Providers and select "Add New Provider Profile" from the Actions drop-down menu.  Select 'Chargeback' as the type, select Merchant Lifeline from the Provider drop-down list, and fill out the required parameters.

Username: This will be provided to you by Merchant Lifeline.

Password: This will be provided to you by Merchant Lifeline.

Void Refund Alert: Select whether or not you want to use void refund alerts.

Chargeback Alert: Select whether or not you want to use chargeback alerts.

Fraud Alert: Select whether or not you want to use fraud alerts.

Blacklist Alert: Select whether or not you want to use blacklist alerts.

Hold Alert: Select whether or not you want to use hold alerts.

Reset Recurring Alert: Select whether or not you want to use reset recurring alerts.

Is Test: Select whether or not you want to use Merchant Lifeline in test mode.

Alias: This is for internal purposes only; it helps you identify a specific chargeback provider among several of them in your CRM.

Once your chargeback profile has been created, then you will go through your campaigns and assign it to the corresponding campaign(s).
