This report will provide you with a breakdown of the fulfillment data within your CRM.
In order to view this report, go to Reports > Fulfillment Reconciliation. Please notice that you can click on the down arrow in the search bar to view advanced searching options. Advanced Searching allows you to search for fulfillment data by date range, provider Id, and provider name. To provide you with more flexibility with your data, please notice that you will have the option to export the CSV file if you need to.
The following provides an illustration of the report, and a description of the items on the report:
* If you click on the blue highlighted counts under each column, you will be provided with the order Id's and status of each order.
Provider- This shows the fulfillment provider that is associated with the report based on your selected date range. "In House" will show as a provider on the report if you have shippable orders on a campaign which does not have a fulfillment provider profile assigned to it.
Shippable Orders- This shows the number of orders that are shippable per fulfillment provider.
Shippable Products- This shows the number of products that are shippable per fulfillment provider.
Orders Pending Post- This shows the number of orders that are shippable that have not been sent to your fulfillment provider.
Orders Sent to Fulfillment- This shows the number of orders that have been sent to your fulfillment provider.
Orders Sent Pending Tracking- This shows the number of orders that have been sent to fulfillment, but are pending tracking numbers from your fulfillment provider.
Shipped Orders- This shows the number of orders that were shipped by your fulfillment provider. Once you click on the number of shipped orders on the main report view, the next screen will show the order Ids of the shipped orders based on order creation date. However, the advanced searching drop down option on the order Id report view will allow you to search for orders marked as shipped during your specified date range; to view orders in this manner, click the select box next to “Only orders shipped within date range “while under the advanced searching drop down.

Also, while viewing the number of shipped orders, there is an option to view the products and orders which were shipped during your selected date range. In order to view the products that were shipped, just click the view by drop down select box next to the search bar, and select products.
The following provides an illustration of the view by drop down select box:
Pending Return- This shows the number of orders marked as RMA during your selected date range.
Returned- This shows the number of order marked as returned during your selected date range.
Average Days Pending- This shows the average amount of days for orders sent to your fulfillment provider that are pending tracking numbers.
