The first step in pulling this report will be to click on the down arrow in the search bar to view advanced searching options. Advanced Searching allows you to select the date range criteria for your report Also, you are able to select a certain currency if your merchant processing involves multiple currencies. To provide you with more flexibility with your data, please notice that you will have the option to export the CSV file if you need to.
The Initial column consists of the product quantity from new customers while the Subscription column consists of the product quantity generated by an active subscription from your existing customers. The Total column represents the sum of the Initial and Subscription columns; therefore, the Total Revenue column is the sum of the Initial Revenue and Subscription Revenue columns.
The Hold/Cancels column contains the number of products that were created within the selected date range which have been placed on hold/canceled. The actual hold/cancellation date of the order may be outside of the selected date range.
The Prior Hold/Cancels column contains the number of products that are on hold/canceled within the selected date range, but the order was created outside the selected date range.
The Hold/Cancel Revenue column contains the total revenue lost from the product order being placed on the hold. The lost revenue total is calculated based on the next recurring order the hold/canceled order would have recurred to.
The Sales Report by Product also provides you a breakdown, by product, of how many orders were brought to you by each affiliate. You just have to click the Aff Link Affiliate ID under a particular product and the system will open up a new window with a full report by affiliate.

Some FAQs about the Sales Report by Product:
-Why is this report not showing all the products I have in my CRM?
This report provides you with data based on relevance. If some of your products had zero orders during the date range that you have selected to see, then our system will not include these products in the report; it will only include those products with available data on them.
-Is the shipping revenue included in the Sales Report by Product?
No, since shipping is not a product, its revenue is not included in the Sales Report by Product, but it is included in the Sales Report by Campaign and the Sales Report by Date.
-Do the new products, recurring, and total revenue columns include orders that have been refunded or voided?
Yes. The new products, recurring, and total revenue columns will include the counts/amounts that have been refunded or voided since the report is designed to only provide a raw quantity count of products, and the raw total revenue amount for each product. The Sales Report by Date and Sales Report by Campaign are order level reports; therefore, you will need to view these reports in order to see the total revenue generated excluding refunds/voids.
-Does the hold column include orders that were generated prior to the selected date range, but that were placed on hold during the selected date range?
Yes, the hold column includes orders that were generated and placed on hold during the selected date range, as well as orders that may have been generated some time prior to the selected date range, but were placed on hold during the date range you selected.
