my.LimeLight (https://my.limelightcrm.com) allows a user to access multiple CRM accounts that they have been granted access to. Instructions for doing this on the CRM can be found here: https://help.limelightcrm.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005483743-my-LimeLight-User-Account-Access
Once logged into my.LimeLight, all of your Authorized Connections will be shown as illustrated below. To log into a CRM domain, you just need to click on Sign In under the Actions column.
In the upper right-hand corner there is also a Menu feature with a few options as illustrated below.
Home: Home will bring you back to your my.LimeLight homepage where you will see all of your authorized connections.
Edit My Profile: This will allow you to edit your user account for your my.LimeLight portal or reset your password.
Groups: This is for Single Sign On provider use only.
Logout: You will click this to log out of your my.limelight.com
If you forgot your password for my.LimeLight (https://my.limelightcrm.com) click the “Forgot Your Password?” link from the login page, enter your e-mail address on the next screen, and request a password reset link. This password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address.
