Configuring Concept Payments

Concept Payments is now fully integrated with Lime Light CRM and it will allow you to take advantage of our chargeback provider technology which posts data directly to their system through and automated process.

In order to activate the integration of Concept Payments in your CRM, please go to Payment Systems>Chargeback Providers, and choose Add Chargeback Provider.
Select Concept Payments, and fill out the following requirements:

Refund, Void, and Chargeback Actions: Select the actions you wish to use with Concept Payments.

Is Test: Select whether or not you want to use the Concept Payments in test mode.

Alias: This is for internal purposes only; it helps you identify a specific chargeback provider among several of them in your CRM.

Once the chargeback profile is created, then you will go through your campaigns and assign it to the corresponding campaign (s).

You will also need to visit and enter in certain configurations in your Concept Payments Terminal.

Once you have logged in to your terminal, you will need to follow these instructions:

1.)   Go to the “Merchant Admin” tab

2.)   Select the “SID” in side panel

3.)   Select the “Postback Settings” tab

Postback URL: Your Postback URL will look something like this : https://www.{yourlimelightdomain}.com/admin/api/provider_api.php

Postback Actions: Chargeback, Refund, and Void must be selected

Postback Authentication Mode: Must always be POST

Authentication Username & Password: This will be your Lime Light third Party API credentials

Additional FIelds (query string): Must always be provider=concept_payments_chargeback
