Overview of Sales by Subscription

This report will provide you with a breakdown of subscriptions based on the decline salvage retry attempts that are setup within the subscription management area of your CRM.

In order to view this report, go to Reports>Sales by Subscription. Please notice that you can click on the down arrow in the search bar to view advanced searching options. Advanced Searching allows you to search for subscriptions by campaign Id and name. To provide you with more flexibility with your data, please notice that you will have the option to export the CSV file if you need to.

Attempt: This shows where your subscription orders are according to their decline salvage attempts. The maximum number of attempts is four including the initial attempt, and it is based on your settings within the subscription management area of the CRM.

Gross Orders: This shows the total of all subscriptions regardless of status for the date range that is selected.

Approved Orders:  This shows the total number of approved subscriptions for the date range that is selected.

Declined Orders: This shows the total number of declined subscriptions for the date range that is selected.

Approve %: This shows the total approved percentage and it’s determined by the approved orders versus the declined orders.

Average Discount %: This shows the average discount percentage that was applied to the approved orders. The discount percentage is set in the subscription management area of the CRM.

Approved Revenue: This shows the total amount of revenue that was approved for your subscriptions after each attempt.

 

If you click on the counts under the attempt, gross orders, approved orders, and declined orders columns, you will be provided with the order Id(s) that are associated with each particular column. 

 

The Sales by Subscription Report also provides you a breakdown of the subscriptions that were brought to you by each affiliate. You just have to click the Affiliate Id Link under a particular campaign, and the system will open up a new window with a full report by affiliate.

From the affiliate report, you can then access the sub-affiliate report by clicking on the Sub-Affiliate ID Link under the Affiliate ID report. This report will show you the subscriptions that came through the sub-affiliates under a particular affiliate.
